Dr. Young and Heidi met in 2016 when Dr. Young was living in Rocklin, CA and Heidi was living in Santa Monica, CA. After a year of long-distance dating, Heidi relocated to Rocklin and they married. With a desire to work together, and a strong foundation of medical expertise between the two of them, they wanted to create a special space, unlike any other, to provide the Sacramento area with Beverly Hills' caliber aesthetic care, and R+H was born.
As residents of Rocklin, parents of children that attend a local grade school, and owners of R+H Aesthetic Medicine in Roseville, we feel bonded to the community and have had frequent discussions on what we can do to serve our community during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We understand, despite this crisis, people in our community will still have other illnesses or minor injuries that are unrelated to COVID-19 and do not need to be diagnosed or treated in a busy emergency room. We are in a unique position to help relieve the overcrowding of our local emergency rooms. This is why we converted our medical spa into R+H PrivateCare.

Heidi graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology with High Honors in 1997. She then attended the Physician Assistant Program at Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant Medicine, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2001.
Heidi began her career in NYC, at Saint Vincent's Catholic Medical Center's Emergency Department, the main receiving trauma center for the 9/11 disaster, where she practiced for 2 years before transitioning to the specialty of orthopedic surgery. She then worked at the Hospital for Special Surgery in NYC, specializing in sports medicine and joint replacement surgery, where she had the opportunity to be a part of the medical staff for NFL, NBA, and college sports teams. She was also honored to be a guest instructor at the Cornell Medical School Physician Assistant Program.
In 2010, Heidi relocated to Santa Monica, CA, and joined a private orthopedic practice specializing in spine surgery. Heidi was lucky enough to join a growing medical spa in the Los Angeles area, Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center. She continued to work in both aesthetics and orthopedic surgery until relocating to Rocklin, California in 2018. She and her husband, Dr. Rei Young, opened R+H Aesthetic Medicine.
When Heidi is not at R+H, she enjoys spending family time with her husband and two boys in Lake Tahoe, where she grew up. They love all seasons, spending summers at the lake and winters on the mountain. True to her sense of adventure, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, yoga, and outdoor running. Some of her other loves include cooking, baking and wine.
